Philadelphia Event Space – Old City Collective
Old City Collective is an intimate & unique event space, perfect for meetings, workshops, seminars, and focus groups.
Featuring neutral decor and elegant touches, like our famous Philadelphia “LOVE” letters, you can ensure a picture perfect event.
Features include:
- 900 square foot bi-level space, with open floor plan
- Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink and prep area
- Meeting table with 6 chairs
- Sitting area with couch & 2 armchairs and mirrored coffee table
- Other various chairs & seating options
- Flatscreen television or projector for presentations.
Available and included in rental fee:
- 4 hi-top tables, 3 six foot banquet tables, 1 five foot banquet table, 1 four foot adjustable height bar tables
- 40 folding chairs, 3 Chivari barstools
- Linens are available for tables listed. 4 linens are included in your rental, additional linens are $10 each.
Half day rental (4 hours): $400 – minimum rental fee, plus tax
Each additional hour is $50.00 per hour (up to no more than 8 continuous hours).
All hours, including time needed for set up and breakdown, must be booked IN ADVANCE – members of our group or other rentals may book time before or after your event.
To reserve your time, please email info@oldcitycollective.com. A non-refundable 50% retainer of is required to hold any date/time. Cancellation for any reason will result in the forfeiture of this fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled start time will result in the remaining balance to be charged to your credit card.
FemCity members save $25 off any rental – must be an active member in good standing at the time of the reservation and rental.
